Return Policy

We want customers to feel confident when shopping for office accessories. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us for review.

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, clean, and returned with original packaging when possible.

To start a return request, email service@lumitagecare.com with your order number, the item name, the reason for the request, and clear photos if the item has a visible issue.

Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, normal wear, or personal handling may not qualify for return approval.

After a return request is reviewed, instructions will be provided by email. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
